Mô tả

Bơm chất tiếp âm tự động

CFU03 và CFU05 là các bơm điện được sử dụng để cung cấp chất tiếp âm trong quá trình kiểm tra siêu âm. Cả hai thiết bị đều được trang bị bơm có ống nối vòng để đảm bảo dòng chảy ổn định và không cần mồi nước. Các máy bơm cũng được lắp van để kiểm soát lưu lượng ra. So với CFU03 chỉ có tính năng đẩy, CFU05 có khả năng hút nước, giúp việc cung cấp nước trong các điều kiện khó khăn hơn.

Bơm chất tiếp âm thủ công phù hợp với các ứng dụng kiểm tra cần sự cơ động, với dung tích 0.5, 4 hay 8 lít.

Chất tiếp âm dạng dẻo

Aqualene là một chất dẻo đàn hồi mới được thiết kế dành riêng cho các ứng dụng kiểm tra siêu âm. Chất tiếp âm dạng này có thể được sử dụng dụng độc lập với đầu dò. Trở kháng âm của vật liệu này gần giống như nước và hệ số suy giảm của nó thấp hơn tất cả các chất dẻo đàn hồi và nhiều loại nhựa khác đã biết.

Tiếp âm sử dụng chất dẻo khô Aqualene tránh được nhược điểm của chất tiếp âm ướt khi sử dụng trên các bề mặt xốp hoặc nóng. Việc sử dụng nó giúp loại bỏ sự hấp thụ của vật liệu và tránh làm bẩn bề mặt. Ngoài ra, Aqualene có thể hoạt động như miếng đệm cách nhiệt.
