Đầu dò siêu âm tia xiên

Đầu dò và nêm kiểm tra siêu âm tia xiên được sử dụng chủ yếu trong việc kiểm tra tính toán vẹn của mối hàn. Thiết kế cho phép dễ dàng quét và di chuyển trên bề mặt mối hàn, tiếp cận sát tới chân mối hàn. Đầu dò siêu âm tia xiên thường là loại đơn biến tử, kèm với các nêm tạo góc để phát sóng siêu âm vào trong vật kiểm tra.

Miniature Angle Beam Transducers and Wedges are used primarily for testing of weld integrity. Their design allows them to be easily scanned back and forth and provides a short approach distance. Angle beam transducers are single element transducers used with a wedge to introduce a refracted shear wave or longitudinal wave into a test piece. View in Olympus website (English).
