Reliable tank bottom sweeping solution
With nearly 25 years of experience manufacturing tank bottom sweepers, MFE Enterprises has redesigned the Mark IV to be as light as 30kg. Compact handle assembly, containing all electronic control components in a carbon fiber frame. Instead of using a large battery that makes the device heavy, the Mark IV is powered by a Getac F110 hot-swappable battery. The design not only makes the device lighter but also allows scanning in tight spaces with unlimited time.
Quickly create an image of a tank
In less than 10 minutes, operators can quickly recreate a tank floor plank layout, including semicircular panels. Detailed information for each sheet can be entered later depending on the progress of the work and before starting the MFL scan.
Manual mode, C-Scan mode and Real-time Display
The Mark IV tank floor scanner offers both manual and mapping modes. Manual setting real-time display along with C-Scan image preview screen. For consistent results, on-screen Speed Tracking helps operators get instant feedback and optimal speed adjustments. Along with Speed Tracking, the Mark IV tank bottom scanner has Speed Compensation Software that stabilizes the signal response when scanning.
User-friendly interface
The software guides the operator step-by-step through an intuitive process that begins with a quick sketch of the tank bottom and ends with a comprehensive detailed MFL map of the tank bottom.
Real-time display
Real-time “A-Scan” display with LED signal feedback running simultaneously with “C-Scan” mapped image clearly illustrates defect location. This feature allows to locate defects faster and eliminates the need for the scanner to be constantly moving while identifying defects.
